About Us

We specialize in Costa Rica’s Guanacaste
Southwest peninsula area

CyME's directors and officers, have had throughout the latter nineteen years, the responsibility of all or part of the design, direction, supervision and construction of the following works:

+) 154 single family homes throughout Costa Rica
ranging from 75m2 to 300m2
+) Residential infrastructure (3 projects)
+) Multifamily dwelling units (4 projects)
+) Office and commercial buildings (10 projects)
+) Remodeling and refurbishing of commercial and
residential space.

Design

Design, site evaluation and planning involve creating safe, functioning and pleasing living spaces that meet the needs and preferences of our clients. We will assess code, zoning and topography limitations to ensure a complete layout wellness and aesthetic expectations. This will include architectural, structural, electromechanic blueprints, as well as a complete multi-phased detailed budget for easy reference and control of the project.

Permitting

Once at hand with the projects’ blueprints, whether done by us or by a third party, we proceed with the laborious task of getting construction permits from the multiple agencies that must sanction the works in Costa Rica. This is fundamental and as such must not be taken lightly; sometimes the project’s success lies entirely on this phase.

Construction

We are totally open to provide construction services to our clients whether on a project management or “turn-key” operation. In any case we will provide timely progress and budget reports, so our clients have a strong appreciation as to the current status and expected fulfilment of the project. We will coordinate every single aspect of the construction.

Auditing or consulting

On occasions we have been asked to supervise a third party construction site and/or act as a purely independent project manager to provide our clients that all aspects of the construction are being executed as per contract agreements, budget or as per market and quality control expectations.
